Black Friday: Exclusive Discounts & the Best Kate-Related Deals!

A Happy Thanksgiving to all our readers in the US! It's time for our annual Black Friday post sharing exclusive discounts on an array of pieces from retailers including those favoured by the Duchess. If you have stumbled across any solid discounts related to the Duchess, let us know in the comments!

Our friends at luxury accessories brand BLACK are offering 20% off everything site wide. Exclusively for Duchess Kate readers you can get a further 10% off (30% total reduction) by entering HRH10 at the checkout. All UK orders have free delivery and returns, and any international order £100 and over qualifies for FREE International Shipping.

At BLACK, the ethos has always been about 'wearing a little luxury', incorporating a timeless, elegant accessory into your look. Be it for a casual day out and about or dinner and the theatre. One of their most popular items time and time again is the Black Bow Cocktail Glove. Made in Italy, they are described as "short black cocktail gloves with an elegant and pristine side bow at the wrist. Made from satin Lycra the gloves are stretchy ensuring a snug flattering fit. They are perfect for weddings, smart day wear and of course the cocktail hour".

The Duchess has worn her Bow Gloves on numerous occasions over the past several years in black...

..and the gorgeous navy colour.

Below, we show them beside the Gloves in Ivory, ideal for evening wear.

The range and variety of stock has expanded exponentially this year with over 850 accessories in stock at present. A selection of Repli-Kate pieces is also available. The Cornflower Blue Cashmere Knit Scarf is a beautiful piece and a nice alternative to Kate's scarf in the same hue.

The Grey Alpaca Hat is a spot on Repli-Kate for the Duchess' Sumac Alpaca Hat.

The Fleur Navy Wool Felt Hat is reminiscent of Kate's pre-engagement days. "A quirky ladies’ trilby for those who like something a little different. A French milliner, in association with an artists’ collective, combines art and millinery in an unusual collection of contemporary hats. This hat, in a deep navy blue, features a silver flower, applied to the felt in relief to add a subtle design detail."

Tartan capes available include the Burberry-esque Camel Thompson Tartan Pure Merino Wool Cape, Dress Gordon Tartan Pure Merino Wool Cape and the Dress Stewart Tartan Merino Wool Cape.

The Cashmere and Chantilly Lace Shawl is described as "a truly exquisite and utterly luxurious shawl and a real investment piece. As with all our signature Ring Shawls the superfine cashmere is hand spun and hand woven. The ethereal cream Chantilly lace in a delicate and elegant floral design is hand stitched to the shawl in a soft billowing pattern and makes up the central panel and the deep borders of the shawl".

A colour spectrum of subtle shades of blue, yellow and orange frame the wading bird centrepiece of the ‘The Wading Bird’ Italian Silk Square Scarf.

For those searching for the perfect stocking filler to put under the tree, gifting options are not only endless they are available in elegantly boxed sets with ribbons too. Take a look at the generously sized cashmere and silk wrap liberally scattered with genuine Swarovski crystals paired with the ever popular black silk lined leather gloves. Another eye-catching set: the Elephant Print Scarf and Long Black Wrist Warmers Gift Set.

Not forgetting about our male readers, we also see the Patterned Egyptian Cotton Lisle Socks Gift Set and Merino Wool Scarf and Navy Cashmere Tie Gift set. You can view the full selection of gift sets here.

The men's collection features an array of very dapper pieces too. Cognac Suede Gloves with Cashmere Lining, Burgundy and Blue Wool Reversible Pocket Square, Black Paisley Italian Silk Tie and the Navy Italian Nubuck Belt.

  1. Are the cuff thingys on the coat (top picture) backwards?

  2. The Kiki McD pieces are $50 off, not 50% off. Too bad!

  3. Cornelia James has 15% off all black gloves! Kate wore her gloves at Remembrance Sunday a few weeks ago.

DO you think Harry and Megan will announce their engagement tomorrow? I have a feeling they may have planned to but since everyone thinks they will he might pull a fast one on the press lol

I imagine Harry and Meghan had lots of fun today seeing how royal twitter went bananas. I might be completely wrong, but I doubt they will make an announcement until early next year.

    So many great deals!
I think Kate will wear something new today... I would have loved to see the baby blue Packham gown with the slit she wore when pregnant with Charlotte again, but it doesn't seem like the kind of dress to wear to the Royal Variety Performance...

  6. Don't think Harry would do that, even though the thought might have crossed his mind. He still has decades to deal with the media. No pulling the tail of the tiger. 🐯 Especially when he is bringing the love of your life into the fold to start a family.

  7. Thank you for all these wonderful tips , Charlotte! Although I'm not much of a shopper myself, I enjoyed just going through all the items and looking at Kate's pictures again. I wonder how much time you devoted to creating this post. You are incredible!
PS. My 18-year old son got a very nice grey hat (and I mean a real hat!) on Saturday with a reduction. Without your website I wouldn't have known about Black Friday. Many thanks!
