It's Time for a Claudia Bradby Giveaway!

Whilst The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoy a private family day with Prince George before resuming a hectic royal tour schedule we're back with an exciting giveaway sponsored by Claudia Bradby Jewellery.

Claudia Bradby

Before we get to the giveaway, let's take a look at the brand and its royal connections. As fans of the Duchess will know, Claudia's designs caught the eye of Kate when she worked at Junior Jigsaw as an accessories buyer. There, she approached Claudia and the pair collaborated to create some beautiful pieces including the Kate Quartz Necklace - a delicate silver pendant framed with rose quartz and pearl charms. We also look at the matching Kate Hoop Earrings. These pieces are currently available on Claudia's website for £58.50 and £63 respectively.

Claudia Bradby

Claudia spoke about working with Kate:

'I found her utterly charming and really rather impressive; focused, creative, thoughtful and kind. The Royal Family is very lucky to have her.'

Kate was photographed wearing the brand's Camellia Necklace at the airport in 2007.

Claudia Bradby

Kate also wore it at the 2007 Cheltenham festival.

Launched in 1999, Claudia Bradby has become renowned for her timeless pieces and is fast becoming the go-to brand for modern, wearable pearl designs. From The Queen and Grace Kelly to Coco Chanel -  a classic pearl necklace is a fabulous addition to any ensemble ensuring a polished, sophisticated look. Three of Claudia's signature pearl necklaces are The Grace Necklace, the stunning hand knotted Biography Necklace and the colourful Bedrauthan Pearl Necklace.

Claudia Bradby

Claudia believes "every woman should have pearls in her wardrobe and I am passionate about designing jewellery that adapts this much-loved material to how modern women live their lives today". The Duchess has selected her trusty pearl earrings for a number of events during the tour thus far.

To emulate Kate's style, take a look at Claudia's best-selling Alexandra EarringsPeregrina Earrings and Wallis Pearl Studs.

Claudia Bradby

The new Orabel Collection features beautifully textured slate grey pearls and tawny grey moonstones evoking the cool northern lights of the Cornish coastline. The Constantine Necklace with matching bracelet and earrings makes for a stylish contemporary update to your pearl and silver collection. White coin pearls and oversized silver links create a clean, modern look.

Also new at the brand - the sparkling Romancing The Stone collection which officially launches this week The fresh and colourful offering from the talented designer brings something new to the brand for the summer season and reflects the lure of the bright sparkling sunshine on the ever changing sea and is the result of an ongoing quest to find new stones and unusual silver elements to reflect a summer's mood. The Brea Necklace, Earrings and Bracelet.

Claudia Bradby

The seaside trend is evoked in the Marina Hoop Earrings, bracelet and pendant, featuring sterling silver starfish and chips of turquoise stone.

Claudia has been involved in a number of charitable collaborations. The latest of these involved working with the Military Wives Choir to create the £36 Military Wives Choirs 'Stronger Together' Bracelet. It features white pearls on a ribbon in the purple of the Military Wives Choirs. £5 from each sale goes directly to the choirs' foundation.

  40. Really struck by the Architect bracelet -it looks like the kind of piece that, once beautifully put around the wrist, I'd never want to remove. And between the two pieces in the giveaway, I'd choose the Brea necklace, for the same reason. Once it was put around my neck, I'd see every reason to always have it "on display", so to speak (or type).

  78. I've been in law enforcement for 25 years and we don't wear jewelry for safety reasons (necklaces choke, earrings can get ripped out, etc). I'm retiring next month and after reading this blog, realized that I will soon be able to wear jewelry again -- and that's very appealing. But I don't have any! ha ha

Of course I've seen many jewelry ads, but it was the Camellia Necklace that ignited my longing to wear something exquisitely feminine.

Thank you for the great blog, Charlotte!

  82. With some ranges you love a part, but with Claudia Bradby the design and colors are stunning in each part of the collection, so who wouldn't want any piece offered among the choices.
I would like to win anything with pearls, because my husband gave me pearls for our first wedding anniversary, but my husband lost his position and I needed to sell every piece of my jewelry to keep a roof over our heads.
I would like to win anything with pearls or the STRONGER TOGETHER bracelet (love that Claudia Bradby is generously donating to the choir).

    ReplyDelete
  83. I really like the Bedrauthan Pearl Necklace. Very stunning. I also like the Camellia necklace.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Both are gorgeous, but I think I prefer the Camellia because of the chain. Though the Brea has that lovely stone...ah! If I had to choose, I'd go with the Camellia. But would love to win either! Thanks, Charlotte, for doing such a great job with this blog. What would Kate followers do without you?! :) ~Katie from New York

  113. I absolutely LOVE your updates on the Duchess from America. Her beauty radiates in every aspect of her life. It truly is a fairytale, reading about it from across the pond, and I admire everything about her. I LOVE the Camellia necklace. I think the light colors in the necklace and the design are timeless. It offers the transition to wear it casual, more formal, and to wear with many colors. I follow everything she wears and wish I could own something that she owns. Most items are sold out by the time the news hits America, or the prices are too expensive to buy and ship. I would love to look like a princess in an identical piece....and pass down to my daughter. She loves to look at the pictures of her with me. Isn't it every girls dream to look like a princess!!!

The Brea Pendant is smaller, yet with a pop of colour that is so eye catching…I think, I shall have to go with the Brea. The green is truly breathtaking!

I also liked on Facebook and Followed on Twitter!

  159. I simply adore this blog and all the information you're sharing about this royal tour and the Duchess in general. If only we had more women in the public eye that were classy, involved, interested, friendly and welcoming. I have yet to see the Duchess look bored, uninterested, frustrated or annoyed.

As for the jewelry, I love the Architect bracelet but I also love the Camellia necklace. Both pieces are suitable for day and night and would complement a variety of clothing options. I would love to win the Camellia necklace, I don't have any piece like it in my jewelry collection.

  160. I really love the Orabel collection and I'm a sucker for colored pearls, so the Bedruthan, the Ines and Bella pieces are favorites. I'm very into Kelly greens and navy at the moment (coveting a green handbag that I just can't bring myself to spend the money on yet), so yes, I loved the color of the Duchess's Erdem coat (if not the cut) and I'd love the Brea Pendant. What a fun post for an off-tour day! Thanks, Charlotte!
