Kate in Team GB Shirt for Paralympic Events

Hello to you all,
After joining the Queen at the Paralympic Games Opening Ceremony, William and Kate were back at the Olympic Park this morning to support Team GB.

Daily Mirror
The couple watched goalball at the Copper Box Venue. Parts of goalball are played in complete silence meaning spectators must respect this at all times.

The iconic Copper Box is an extremely flexible venue, with retractable seating that can change the floor size within the venue, facilitating different activities both during and after the games.

Next up, the couple cheered on the cyclist at the Velodrome. Kate was seated next to Sophie, Countess of Wessex and her daughter Lady Louise Windsor. The royals certainly got into the Paralympic spirit and took part in a mexican wave.

You've made my day! What a beautiful couple Wills and Kate are!

It's a pity he cannot remain a little longer. But of course duty is duty.

  3. Hi Charlotte,
I just read that Clarence house released a more detailed schedule on the tour. Apparently Kate is making a speech in Malaysia and there is a possibility for a tiara!:)

  4. Hi Charlotte I am Patríca from Portugal!
I totally agree with you about Kate`s choice for the Paralympics opening ceremony: SHE wants to turn the attentions to the atlethes as she did in other events. The Duchess is a very down to earth person with an extreme dedication to her duty! The dresscoat was beautiful on her as every outfit she wears! She will always look fantastic because she has an intemporal look and a natural elegance!
I really enjoy the ceremony very much, it was live here i Portugal and I felt overwelmed by British sense of passing many culture that they can.Like someone said "When our time came Britain, we did it right" , and certainly you did it again. Kate`s sartorial choices will be pretty the same as for the Olympics but when the time comes SHE will do it beautifully!Plenty of surprises that`s for sure!!!!!
From Portugal a huge hug, lots of this warm sunshine and good luck for Team GB Paralympics (I hope Portugal can take a few medals also!!!).
PS: Graça sent me both Olympic and Paralympic scarfs:they are just like Kate`s!You still have the best blogue, Keep in touch...

Thank you Charlotte for this great post this morning. It was really great to wake up and see this beautiful couple. I hope we will get to see all the PDA during these games too. It is really nice to see the beautiful Duchess & her Prince show the world how much in love they are.

Can't wait to see more from today.

  13. Hi Charlotte, I would like let you know the 'you might also like' links aren't working. When trying to open that page your blog says 'this page doesn't exist anymore'. (So it's not like the browser of connection isn't working anymore). Do you know how this is possible?
